Commercial Banking Team Lead

U.S. Bank is hiring a strong team leader for our Institutional Client Group (mid-cap). This person provides direction, strategic decisions, business decisions, and overall leadership by managing middle market/commercial banking loan activity for a major geographical area at U.S. Bancorp. Primary focus involves expanding and servicing a variety of large and highly complex loans to customers in a region. Takes a leadership role in all aspects of relationship management, including dedication to customers, quality, accountability, deposit growth, and fee income growth.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field

- 15 or more years of banking experience

- Eight or more years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills

- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $227,430.00 - 277,970.00
