OSP Construction Supervisor

Essential Functions - Manage OSP crews activity to ensure dates and objectives are met - Ensure OSP crews are following proper safety guidelines - Ensure OSP crews are meeting NESC code for aerial construction - Partner with procurement on material forecast and scheduling - Coordinate with contractors on all permit needs - Create relationships with local partners Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent job experience - 5+ years technical experience working in OSP Engineering, Construction or Operations - Previous supervisory experience or proven demonstrated ability to lead technicians and contractors within a telecom maintenance & construction environment - Knowledge of National Electric Safety Code (NESC)
