Key

Responsibilities - Provide strategic employment law advice across multiple jurisdictions, covering both internal and external employee matters. - Lead on complex advisory and contentious employment matters across the employee lifecycle, including both internal and external employees. - Identify company-wide legal issues and implement scalable solutions in partnership with stakeholders. - Lead cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment across Legal, People, Operations, and other teams. - Shape team knowledge standards, building subject-matter expertise and creating reusable resources. - Set best practices and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and legal service delivery. - Manage external local counsel and oversee complex employment projects across jurisdictions.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.

Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
