Staff Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to build, develop, and deliver innovative, high-quality capabilities for AEM Assets. In this role, you will help architect, build, and operate high-traffic, critically important services that power some of the world’s leading companies. You will have the chance to work on ambitious projects and successfully implement solutions that can scale flawlessly.

• Collaborate within a cross functional team to design and develop large scale systems

• Capture loosely defined requirements/concepts and expand them into complete solutions together with your team

• Champion a culture of engineering excellence and AI native development

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development with an AI First approach

• Knowledge or experience with building and deploying LLM workflows/agents.

• Knowledge or experience with search and recommendation systems

• Knowledge or experience with workflows and serverless architectures

• Strong working knowledge of software design patterns and AI native development

• Ability to break down sophisticated problems into a set of generalizable sub-problems and develop clean abstractions to encapsulate and handle complexity

• Willingness to learn new technologies, innovate and work across the stack

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $139,000 -- $257,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In California, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
