This role involves assessing&nbsp;infrastructure requirements, defining best practices, guiding BI Engineers, enabling security, handling large data, and ensuring&nbsp;scalable, high-performing BI solutions&nbsp;that align with business needs.</p><p><strong>Key

Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Design&nbsp;scalable BI solutions&nbsp;with a focus on infrastructure, capacity, and licensing needs.</li><li>Conduct&nbsp;capability assessments&nbsp;to align Power BI adoption with enterprise goals.</li><li>Define and enforce&nbsp;Power BI governance frameworks, including security, data access, and workspace strategy.</li><li>Provide&nbsp;effort estimations&nbsp;and delivery planning for BI initiatives.</li><li>Design and optimize&nbsp;semantic/OLAP models&nbsp;(star schema, composite models, aggregations, dataflows) for enterprise-scale reporting.</li><li>Establish and manage a&nbsp;central metric store&nbsp;for standardized KPIs and calculations.</li><li>Architect and oversee&nbsp;dashboard/report design, ensuring scalability, usability, and consistency across business units.</li><li>Partner with&nbsp;Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Data Lake teams&nbsp;to enable efficient BI consumption of large data.</li><li>Collaborate with&nbsp;Microsoft partner teams&nbsp;to evaluate new capabilities and align with best practices.</li><li>Define and enforce&nbsp;CI/CD strategies&nbsp;using Git, Azure DevOps, and deployment pipelines.</li><li>Oversee&nbsp;data refresh automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting&nbsp;at scale.</li><li>Guide and mentor BI Engineers on&nbsp;best practices in DAX, modeling, performance optimization, and visualization standards.</li><li>Stay current on&nbsp;Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Premium, and emerging BI trends&nbsp;to future-proof the BI strategy.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in&nbsp;Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, with 5+ years in&nbsp;Power BI architecture.</li><li>Proven experience in&nbsp;designing scalable BI/analytics infrastructure solutions.</li><li>Expertise in&nbsp;Power BI Premium/Fabric, DAX, Power Query (M), Tabular Models, and large semantic/OLAP models.</li><li>Strong knowledge of&nbsp;Azure Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, SQL Server.</li><li>Hands-on with&nbsp;CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps, deployment pipelines).</li><li>Skilled in&nbsp;refresh automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting&nbsp;large models.</li><li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;data governance, compliance, and enterprise security frameworks.</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.</li><li>Experience working with&nbsp;Microsoft partner teams&nbsp;on solution alignment and best practices.</li></ul><p><br> </p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
