Sr Engineer, Software Dev Test QE

- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) roles. - Experience designing and implementing automated testing solutions using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, NUnit, Postman, JMeter, or similar technologies. - Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java, C#, or Python. - Experience working within Agile software development environments and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. - Experience performing API testing, database validation using SQL, and non-functional testing activities including performance or security testing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions. - Ability to develop and execute quality engineering strategies across complex technology environments. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. - Commitment to continuous improvement, automation, and engineering excellence. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Master's degree in a related discipline. - Experience with cloud-based testing environments and modern DevOps practices. - Experience with performance testing tools, security testing methodologies, and test data management strategies. - Experience within the financial services, fintech, or regulated industry environments.
