Supply Chain Operations Program Manager

Who You Are - 7+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing for a hardware device company with a demonstrated track record of leadership in execution of large-scale programs managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field - Experience in global supply chain/manufacturing positions with relevant knowledge of contract manufacturing and supplier commodity management - Demonstrated experience in quickly adapting and learning new technologies and creating a solid understanding of operational challenges of complex systems - Experience dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and facilitating actions and resolving conflicts with limited oversight - Strong analytical background used for making complex decisions - Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones - Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time At Tonal, we believe that the unique and varied lived experiences of our teammates contribute to our overall strength.
