Social Assistant to Founder & CEO (part-time)

Social Assistant to Founder & CEO (part-time) tarte cosmetics is looking for a social-savvy, creative & organized social assistant who has experience in social media & content calendar coordination. This role will work onsite 2 times a week (flexible) in the Key Largo area (& able to commute from Miami), creating content & helping grow our CEO's social platforms.

Responsibilities : - Assisting with filming, editing & posting social content - Content brainstorming & copywriting - Organizing the CEO's social calendar - Managing CEO's social profiles & accounts like Amazon storefront & LTK & Shopmy - Community management on all social platforms - Additional PA responsibilities including handling: packages, returns, orders, etc.

Requirements: - Previous experience in a role involving social media management - Strong video & editing skills (Capcut, TikTok, Instagram) - In depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat & other platforms trends & best practices - Flexibility in work hours, must be available weekends & evenings with ability to travel often - Hybrid onsite in greater Florida Keys area (able to commute from Miami 2x per week) - Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc) Tarte is an equal opportunity employer. tarte is the pioneer of high-performance naturals & one of the fastest growing cosmetic companies in the U.S.
