- You've engineered electrical systems for power generation, microgrids, or utility-scale storage.

- You've designed generator interconnections and the studies behind them.

- You understand islanded operation and what it does to protection and stability.

- You've integrated inverter-based resources with rotating machines.

- Bonus: Microgrid controls. Grid codes and interconnection standards. PSCAD or PSSE.

BESS electrical design.
