Principal Solution Architect

- 5+ years experience in cloud-native architecture (AWS, hybrid on-prem/cloud), API design, and data integration.

- 10+ years experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular), mobile platforms, and design systems.

- 5+ years experience in CI/CD pipeline design, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GitHub Actions).

- 5+ years experience/proven collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, Product, Security Engineering, and Infrastructure & Operations teams. Demonstrated ability to evangelize architecture practices and mentor cross-functional teams.

- 2+ years experience leading AI-driven initiatives or deploying AI capabilities in production is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional preferred

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate architectural intent, tradeoffs, and recommendations.

- Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Strong client-centric mindset, focused on delivering world-class advisor and client experiences.

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment and manage competing priorities.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for financial services.
