RESPONSIBILITIES: - n/a Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: - 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering with a focus on engaging with large, global, and cross-functional teams - Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of interacting with all employee levels, including SVPs and C-suite executives - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including California labor laws - Strong communication skills and a servant leadership mindset - Proactive and innovative mindset, capable of making significant contributions to strategic HR initiatives - Ability to navigate challenging employee situations, and handle sensitive conversations with confidentiality and integrity - Successful project management, including transformation and change management experience Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or 4 additional years of HR Business Partnering experience in lieu of a degree #LI-GB1 #LI-Hybrid US Benefits Statement Herbalife offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees in the U.S. (limited to the 50 States and the District of Columbia), which includes Group Health Programs, other Voluntary Benefit Programs, and Paid Time Off.
