AVP, Release Train Engineer

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or a related technical field

- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs with budgets up to $5M

- 3+ years of experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in an Agile environment

- 3+ years of experience managing programs across Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC methodologies

- Experience using enterprise tools such as JIRA and Confluence for program tracking and reporting

- Experience managing vendor performance and third-party delivery partners

- Experience facilitating requirements gathering and solution workshops

- Experience with financial governance processes including budget forecasting and variance tracking

- Experience with Planview or similar portfolio management and time tracking tools

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project or similar project management platforms
