the opportunity to shape how billions of users connect with content, commerce, and brands worldwide. To learn more, visit www.inmobi.com Overview of the role: The Lead Client Growth Manager will join our rapidly expanding Performance team in the Americas region - a group at the forefront of innovation within the mobile in-app advertising ecosystem.

In a fast-moving and ever-evolving landscape, this team delivers differentiated, high-impact performance solutions powered by market-leading SKAN capabilities, one of the world's largest in-app mobile exchanges, and uniquely advantaged inventory through global telco and OEM partnerships. At InMobi, our culture is our true north.

It empowers us to think boldly, solve complex challenges, and unlock meaningful growth opportunities for our clients and our business. InMobians are passionate, driven, creative, and ownership-minded - and we are deeply results-focused. Your work in this role will be highly visible, with direct impact across the organization.

You'll collaborate with an ambitious, high-caliber peer group that is invested in your success, while benefiting from a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development through both internal and external resources. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping client growth strategy within one of the most dynamic and strategically important areas of digital advertising.

The impact you'll make: - Own and deepen client relationships with the goal of becoming a top strategic partner, driving maximum campaign ROI by understanding advertiser objectives, KPIs, and operational nuances (technical integrations, creative strategy, supply dynamics, delivery optimizations). - Lead in-depth campaign analysis and performance reviews; provide consultative, data-driven guidance in weekly and bi-weekly discussions, and confidently drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). - Track account-level revenue and delivery priorities on a weekly basis, contributing insights to CXO-level reporting and strategic planning conversations. - Drive quarterly account retention, revenue, and margin targets, while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell to expand the overall book of business.

Partner closely with Sales on strategic account planning and execution. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (traders, ad operations, and cross-functional partners) to optimize day-to-day campaign performance and implement high-impact strategic improvements. - Work alongside Sales Engineering to coordinate with third-party partners such as MMPs, viewability providers, data platforms (DMPs), and attribution solutions. - Serve as an in-market product expert, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback, drive adoption, and elevate AM-region execution standards.

The experience we need: - 8+ years of professional experience, including 3-4+ years within the programmatic, demand-side advertising space - ideally in performance or growth marketing environments. - Proven experience in client-facing roles with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience working with DSPs and/or MMPs is strongly preferred. - Strategic mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth and retention; demonstrated success in driving account expansion and long-term client partnerships is highly valued. - Proficiency with standard business tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting/visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau. - Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined time management. - Comfort collaborating with global teams across time zones and planning work accordingly. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; background in advertising, marketing, business, or STEM fields is a plus.
