Office Administrator - Waterford Lakes Location

Office Administrator (Full-Time or Part-Time) Location: Waterford Lakes – Orlando, FL About Us Camen Behavioral Services, LLC is one of the largest Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers in Central Florida, offering high-quality, client-centered ABA services to children with autism and other developmental needs. Our award-winning clinics have been recognized as top providers in the region, with locations in Kissimmee, Waterford Lakes, and Orlando.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to join our Waterford Lakes clinic. This position is available as either full-time or part-time and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, families, and a collaborative team while helping keep our clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting clients and families
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Opening and closing the clinic
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby
• Assisting with clinic activities, theme days, and decorations
• Providing administrative support to the clinical and administrative teams
• Performing other office and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not required but is strongly preferred Compensation
• Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
• Higher starting pay may be offered based on experience and qualifications.
