- Design Partnership Packaging: Create compelling packaging and product storytelling for collaborations, licensed partnerships, and collectible product launches.
- Translating Stories into Design: Bring partner narratives, product concepts, and cultural moments to life through thoughtful visual design and unboxing experiences.
- Implement Within Brand Systems: Apply Crocs design standards while creating unique and ownable expressions for each collaboration and special project.
- Champion Craft Excellence: Deliver high-quality work across typography, layout, color, materials, and finishes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Support Packaging Development: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to take projects from concept through production while maintaining quality and brand integrity.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Creative, Product, Partnerships, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Create Collectible Experiences: Design packaging that drives excitement, engagement, and emotional connection with consumers and fans.
- Coordinate Several Projects: Balance priorities, timelines, feedback, and approvals across multiple partnership and collectible launches.
- Explore New Ideas: Stay connected to trends in culture, design, packaging, collectibles, and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives to the work.
- Present Design Solutions: Clearly communicate creative concepts, design rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Communication Design, or related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, packaging design, or related creative fields
- Experience designing packaging, retail, product storytelling, or consumer-facing brand experiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual build skill and creative problem-solving
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI-enabled creative tools
- Strong typographic, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills
- Experience working within established brand systems while crafting outstanding campaigns or collaboration expressions
- Understanding of packaging production processes, materials, and vendor collaboration
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Curious, collaborative approach with a passion for culture, partnerships, collectibles, and consumer trends
- Diligent with a dedication to high-quality execution
