We built what we wish had existed, and we hire people who actually get it.</p><p>THE ROLE</p><p>Social media is how NoGigiddy speaks to the world — and we need someone who knows how to make the world listen. As our Social Media Manager, you'll own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook, building a community of people who are done with the 9-to-5 grind and ready to earn on their own terms.

No degree required — just a real feel for what performs and the discipline to post consistently.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES<br>Manage and grow NoGigiddy's social media accounts across all major platforms<br>Create, schedule, and publish content daily — including captions, graphics, and short-form video<br>Engage with the community: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice<br>Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes and adapt strategy accordingly<br>Collaborate with the content and design team on campaigns and launches<br>Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks) and report weekly<br>Identify and engage with influencer and creator partnership opportunities<br>REQUIREMENTS<br>No degree required<br>Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)<br>Strong copywriting instincts — you write captions people actually read<br>Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar)<br>Comfortable creating basic graphics in Canva or similar<br>Data-aware — you look at what's working and double down<br>Reliable and consistent — social media doesn't take days off<br>BENEFITS<br>Hourly pay of $18–$27/hr<br>Fully remote<br>Creative freedom to test and build the brand voice<br>Growth path into head of social or brand strategy<br>Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network</p><p>Equal Opportunity Employer.
