This is an unpaid internship that can be used for course credit .
Start/end date is flexible. As a UX/UI Intern, you will contribute to teams shaping the digital experiences we create for our clients, transforming complex challenges into intuitive, accessible, and beautiful designs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and project managers, to understand user needs and business goals.
You will contribute to the design process, from research and audits to wireframes and prototyping. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for user-centered design will be key to helping us deliver solutions that drive success for our clients. - Shadow design leads on select ongoing projects
- Assist in conducting ADA and UX audits
- Understand analytics and insights, including social media, user experience and brand
- Shadow stakeholder interviews
- Assist in the analysis and synthesis of user research data
- Assist in the development of user personas based on research findings
- Shadow design review sessions Requirements
- Coursework in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, User Interaction, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and gather feedback.
- The ability to work independently on multiple projects
