Senior Commissions Analyst

A proven track record...

- 5+ years of progressive commission experience.

- Experience building/configuring plans in SPIFF

- Ability to problem solve issues in SPIFF and integration between systems.

- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.

- Experience supporting annual commission planning including system requirements to achieve automation of annual plans within SPIFF.

- Strong proficiency with Excel, SPIFF, Salesforce, and NetSuite.

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data integrity and confidentiality.

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

- Ability to influence and consult with leaders at multiple levels of the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

You enjoy working with data and transforming complex information into clear business recommendations. You are naturally curious, detail-oriented, and driven to uncover insights that influence organizational outcomes.

You build strong relationships across the business and are viewed as a trusted advisor on compensation matters. You balance business needs, market realities, and organizational philosophy to deliver practical and effective solutions.

You are comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining focus on quality, accuracy, and execution. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives from concept to completion.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.

In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
