We are seeking an experienced attorney to support a leading technology client with a practice evenly split between real estate transactional matters (50%) and procurement matters related to real estate (50%). This role involves negotiating and drafting real estate agreements, drafting procurement agreements for real estate projects, and advising on a broad range of real estate and supplier contract matters.
- Negotiate and draft office and retail leases and purchase and sale agreements in the United States and beyond.
- Work with outside counsel and internal retail, facilities, finance, corporate, energy, mergers and acquisitions, hardware, litigation, and tax departments in connection with real estate-related transactions and issues.
- Advise on land use, governmental approvals and permits, litigation related to facilities, real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of other real estate-related matters.
- Draft construction, architect, professional services, and goods and services supply agreements, and Statements of Work for a variety of real estate projects and services.
- Counsel on and address issues that arise under supplier contracts.
- Ability to focus and cut through complexity to distill the most important issues.
