The Senior Associate role, Internal Governance Coordinator provides operational and support to the head of Internal Governance. The role is responsible for coordinating meeting logistics, supporting agenda development, documenting meeting discussions and outcomes, and maintaining committee records and materials within the firm’s governance portal.
This position works closely with committee members, Legal partners, and Governance colleagues to ensure accurate documentation and effective committee operations. This is an excellent early‑career opportunity for someone looking to build experience in governance, administration, and corporate operations.
