AT&T is seeking a highly skilled Network Management Systems (NMS) Lead to support a critical program within our National Security business segment. The NMS Lead Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert in network management systems, overseeing the implementation of large-scale enterprise network solutions and guiding the transition, testing, and evaluation of architectural network operations.
This leadership role requires deep technical expertise in the maintenance of servers, network devices, routers, switches, and security solutions. The NMS Lead will collaborate closely with both program and customer leadership to ensure all program requirements are met or exceeded within established timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate will foster a culture of innovation and teamwork, driving the adoption of emerging technologies and shaping the program’s technical strategy. By championing best-in-class network technologies, tools, and processes, the NMS Lead will deliver enhanced network availability, resiliency, security, and operational efficiency through simplification and automation.

Our Network Management Systems (NMS) Lead Engineer (IT Enterprise Architect Level III) (Government) earns between $118,700 – $224,141 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
