  • Translate complex technical or cross‑functional updates into audience‑appropriate language for executives, business partners, and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills—able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build trust, drive consensus, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized: strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, especially when managing multiple projects.
  • Strong experience with financial tracking for technology projects.
  • Practical experience with Smartsheet, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • 5+ years of project or program coordination, or product delivery experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing concurrent, complex, or high-visibility projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience supporting product release cycles or working closely with Product Managers and Program Managers.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with diverse business teams—including Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Fulfillment & Distribution, Operations, Marketing, and Technology
  • Supporting Waterfall project management with both Agile/Scrum and traditional execution teams.
  • Experience in environments with high ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to “figure it out” even when processes are not fully defined.
  • Prior experience managing vendor resources across multiple time zones.
