Responsibilities We are currently hiring a Superintendent with a passion for building! We love creative problem solvers, leaders, and innovators.

We value our field and give you the autonomy to run the project. Here are a few items you will be responsible for: Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.

Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project.

Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction of the project.

Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team.

Qualifications 3-5+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent with a reputable General Contractor at a general contractor. Experience in managing, training, and developing people.

Project Size Experience: 10M to 50M Desired Project Segment Experience: Life Science, A dvanced Tech / Manufacturing , Higher Ed. K-12, RIIDE and Commercial.

Salary Range Information Rhode Island Base Salary Range : $105,000 - $180,000 The range stated is specific to New England Placement. The range listed depends on many factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
