Reporting directly to Dr. Schwartz, the Wellness Program Manager will build, manage, and grow a comprehensive wellness program that empowers patients to look and feel their best from the inside out.&nbsp;</p><p>You will have the autonomy to shape clinical protocols, develop patient care pathways, and collaborate with our exceptional team of providers in a high-end, supportive environment.

Part of that partnership means helping our practices build the right teams.</strong></p><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Oversee and manage all aspects of the Wellness Program, including GLP-1 (semaglutide/tirzepatide) weight loss, peptide therapy,&nbsp;supplements,&nbsp;and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both men and women.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and follow-up appointments for wellness program participants.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;evidence-based clinical protocols and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Order and interpret laboratory work, diagnostics, and hormone panels to guide individualized therapy.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Educate and counsel patients on medication use, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and long-term wellness strategies.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with Dr.

Schwartz, Dr. Stark, and the nursing team to integrate wellness services with existing aesthetic offerings.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor patient outcomes, track program metrics, and drive continuous quality improvement.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Stay current with emerging research, best practices, and trends in GLP-1 therapies, peptide medicine,&nbsp;longevity,&nbsp;and hormone optimization.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Assist&nbsp;in marketing and growing the wellness program through patient education, community outreach, and collaboration with the Institute’s marketing team.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all practices&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;California state regulations, DEA requirements, and applicable standard-of-care guidelines.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Active, unrestricted California license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or WHNP preferred) or Physician Assistant.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; experience in medical weight management, functional medicine, endocrinology, or aesthetics strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of or experience prescribing GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide) and managing weight loss patients.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in all components of a longevity program, including supplements and&nbsp;a holistic approach&nbsp;to maximize longevity goals.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with peptide therapies (e.g., BPC-157,&nbsp;Sermorelin, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin) and hormone optimization protocols (BHRT, testosterone, thyroid).&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to order, review, and interpret comprehensive lab panels, including hormone profiles, metabolic panels, and thyroid function.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a program.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>BLS/ACLS certification&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Certification or training in integrative, anti-aging, or functional medicine (e.g., A4M, IFM, BHRT certification).&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Previous&nbsp;experience in a medical spa, aesthetics practice, or concierge medicine setting.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Passion for cosmetic wellness and the&nbsp;synergy&nbsp;between inner health and outer beauty.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>WHY JOIN THE SCHWARTZ AESTHETIC INSTITUTE?&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Joining our team means becoming part of something truly exceptional.
