Position Title: RFID/RF Implementation Engineer/Service Engineer
Location: Ft Lauderdale, FL
Duration: 3 moths contract to hire
MUST HAVE:
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the US, Canada, and Mexico for client deployments and support
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years’ experience as a Network Engineer with high level knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with:
- Computers
- Operating systems
- Software (Microsoft Windows, iOS and Android platform, web browsers, and proprietary)
- Computer hardware and hardware peripherals (servers, networking and serial communications equipment, and proprietary hardware)
- Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL Server
- Working knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure and networks, and Linux operating system and commands
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the iOS and Android platform
- Scripting experience including but not limited to:
- Python
- Window’s PowerShell
- SQL
- Mongo DB
- AWS CLI (Command Line Interface)
- Ability to study blueprints, schematics, manuals, survey results, and specifications to determine installation procedures
- Experience with networking protocols and concepts including:
- VPN
- Routing
- Ports
- TCP/IP
- Network analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present and position solutions to customers
NICE TO HAVE:
- RFID working knowledge – candidates with this experience will be considered first
