Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Trucking Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Chicago, Illinois to join its growing practice. The Trial Attorney will handle mostly catastrophic and trucking motor vehicle accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. The lawyer's responsibilities will include trial prep and trial.

This is an unusual opportunity to pick up a fantastic group of high value cases.

• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum

• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits

• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

• An active member in good standing with the State Bar of Illinois
