Senior UX Designer

On the product team, user-centered design is at the forefront of how we create intuitive and innovative products that our users love and depend on each day. We strive to design impactful solutions that are grounded in research, on-brand and repeatedly tested. We simultaneously blend the solving of our users’ needs with hitting our larger company goals.You will work closely with fellow UX designers, PMs, engineers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

The role requires an ability to generate ideas, create designs and research-based artifacts. You will be counted on to contribute to find moments to harmonize and improve design systems.In this position, you will present and defend solutions, using research, data and intuition. Your communication skills are as refined as your design skills.

• Design crystal-clear, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes across platforms

• Create impactful research artifacts to support/ challenge ideas

• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, at all levels

• Own the entirety of your work, from sketch to prototype to handoff

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, HCI, Comms, or related area
