This position is not a developer, but one who is going to be creating all business requirements documents to ensure process is correct.
He/She is going to be meeting with the teams to understand why they need from PeopleSoft in a payroll perspective, then work with the development teams to integrate this process.
Communication must be strong as they will be interacting with the business users and developers.
