<p>- Oversee and manage all aspects of general accounting and financial accounting functions.</p><p></p><p>- Lead day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.</p><p></p><p>- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</p><p></p><p>- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules.</p><p></p><p>- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with U.S.
GAAP.</p><p></p><p>- Oversee corporate tax filings, sales tax compliance, and coordination with external advisors.</p><p></p><p>- Manage and lead internal and external audits.</p><p></p><p>- Oversee financial operations for Mexico and Canada subsidiaries.</p><p></p><p>- Manage accounting related to logistics and inventory, including inventory valuation and controls.</p><p></p><p>- Establish and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.</p><p></p><p>- Prepare financial and performance reports for the Parent Company and HQ in Korea.</p><p></p><p>- Act as primary point of contact for financial communication with Headquarters in Korea.</p><p></p><p>- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.</p><p></p><p>- Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.</p><p></p><p>- Minimum 15?20 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.</p><p></p><p>- Extensive experience overseeing general and financial accounting in a multinational environment.</p><p></p><p>- Experience managing logistics and inventory accounting.</p><p></p><p>- Hands-on experience supporting or overseeing Mexico and Canada subsidiaries.</p><p></p><p>- Strong knowledge of U.S.
