Program Manager

I am looking for a senior Program Manager for managing the IDM customer projects in the US .

• The Program Manager – is responsible for providing overall oversight to Oracle IDM projects across multiple customers with up to 2-12 direct reports. Participates in evaluation and prioritization of customer/user requests and allocation of resources to projects. Establish the structures and practices to provide project governance across multiple Oracle IDM projects. Accesses and develops talent. Assigns projects and work assignments to team members and directs activities, providing functional guidance. Participates in monthly project governance reviews with customers. Responsible for handling any customer escalations and reporting project status to senior management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Assists management in work distribution, expedition and work plan development for team members. Participates in determination of feasibility, cost and time requirements and compatibility with current policies, procedures, and functions.
• Effectively communicates project status to all stake holders and management. Reports complex issues and recommends potential solutions.
• Resolves escalating issues. Reports status to management as appropriate.
• Establishes and owns the project governance structure, participates in monthly governance meetings with customer.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10-15 years relevant experience or MA/MS with 8-12 years relevant experience.
• Well versed in modern project management techniques & tools – hands-on expertise in SCRUM, Agile methodologies and use of JIRA for project management.
• Conceptual knowledge of IT concepts, procedures and practices
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines
• Ability to build strong relationships with business and other IT leaders
