Responsibilities Take designs and turn them into next-level interactive experiences using HTML, Tailwind CSS, CSS Animations, JavaScript, React, GSAP, and the like Collaborate with our dream team of designers and devs to bring ideas to life Turn discussions and ideas through beautifully developed sites and apps Keep things running on time by hitting internal deadlines and ensuring client deadlines are met Join client calls and meetings as needed Troubleshoot and optimize code to ensure high performance, scalability, and speed across different browsers and devices Keep the code sharp by reviewing, testing, and sticking to best practices to maintain top-tier quality Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting solutions, tips, and resources to help the whole team level up Stay ahead of the game by diving into the latest frameworks, libraries, and tools that’ll make our projects pop Work remotely—must be self-managed, self-motivated, and always killing it from home Stay on top of the latest front-end trends and tech to keep your skills fresh Take the initiative on new projects, and get excited about the next big thing Communicate clearly and openly with the team and clients, whether it’s written or spoken Qualifications Expert-level with HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Vue, Node.js, and similar Ability to turn designs into responsive, interactive experiences Juggling multiple projects?

No problem. You’re a pro at managing your time and focus Solid experience in responsive design and front-end best practices Comfortable testing and debugging across different browsers and devices Experience working directly with clients (calls, emails, all that good stuff) Familiar with project management tools (we use ClickUp) and working in Sprints Slack is your best friend Added Bonuses Familiar with creating parallax websites and immersive digital experiences Experience with Tailwind CSS, WebGL, ThreeJS, locomotive, and similar libraries Worked with WordPress?

We’re into it Experience working with 3D? Even better Know your way around hosting services like AWS, GCP, WP Engine, etc. Consider yourself a full-stack dev?

That’s a plus! Final Remarks We’re looking for someone who primarily works in PST, loves collaborating with a tight-knit crew, and can roll with the punches when it comes to flexible hours. We push hard to deliver amazing work, and we want someone who’s excited to be part of that journey.

We’re after a front-end dev who’s got a solid grip on JS frameworks, scripting 2D, and ideally some next-level skills in 3D animations, WebGL, three.js, and Greensock. You should be all about using modern CSS to create immersive, feature-rich websites and UI. You’ll need to be comfortable with TailwindCSS, Node.js, TypeScript, and rocking CSS features like flexbox, grid, responsiveness, animations, and text styling.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with frameworks like Vue, Next.js, Svelte, or Astro. A foundational understanding of React, Next.js, Svelte/SvelteKit, and Vue.js is a solid plus. And if you’re skilled with Greensock, webGL/webGPU, three.js, shadcn-ui, ES modules, bundlers like webpack, Rollup, Parcel, Vite, SVG animation, or canvas—while not mandatory—this is the kind of magic that’ll help us unlock exciting new opportunities.
