CAPTRUST is seeking a Tax Associate that will provide exposure to the inner-workings of a wealth management firm with a robust tax practice.

Hands-on learning starts day one in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include all aspects of a wealth management firm, including tax planning and compliance, assisting with client service, meeting preparation, and software conversion projects.

Responsibilities Assist on special projects (internal projects/client specific) Assist with tax planning and preparation Help team prepare for client meetings Attend client meetings in a support role Participate in cash flow planning/estate planning/cash management/balance sheet planning/ operational business planning Support the client services and administrative teams as needed/requested Qualifications

Minimum

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Tax or accounting from an accredited university or equivalent years of working experience/ master's degree in accounting 1-3 years current public accounting experience including individual and trust taxation Desired Qualifications/Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Interest in the workings of individual taxation and wealth management Ability to sit for the CPA exam WHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?
