we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help develop the next generation of aircraft seating. This an onsite position in Jamestown, North Dakota.
What You Will Do: Work on complex technical problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Effectively contribute at all phases of the SW development lifecycle, including SW/HW integration Utilize strong investigation and troubleshooting skills to assess issues and develop solutions. Work effectively with team across multiple disciplines, internal and external Effectively contribute to program and customer meetings/reviews Support the program leads as needed regarding technical decision making, problem resolution.
Perform technical leadership roles for at least one key tasks or line item on programs Help to ensure performance to technical, cost, schedule, quality. Support of system and software requirements and architecture generation and analysis as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company's immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position. The company will not seek an export authorization for this role Experience with software development, test, and/or integration using C, C++. Knowledge of DO-178 is required.
Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with containerized applications such as Docker. Experience with embedded or low-level software development, including OS-adjacent or hardware-interfacing work. Experience with CI/CD tools Familiarity with Agile lifecycle process including Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development Methodologies

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
