Collins Aerospace Electric Power Systems (EPS) Rockford is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality System Compliance and Shared Resources who will execute the key elements of Quality Compliance operational plans and lead a team of Quality Compliance professionals as well as provide guidance to resources shared across the Rockford campus.

You will set tactical and operational plans for the achievement of Quality Compliance goals. In addition, you will drive change in the compliance processes to ensure continued Quality Compliance.

What You Will Do: Manage and oversee the Quality Compliance function & Calibration team within the EPS Rockford site Administer and manage the EPS Rockford Level Quality Procedures and Forms Maintain the EPS Rockford Approved Supplier Listing Responsible for the internal Quality Audit program Provide oversight and guidance for support of Customer and Regulatory audits, with specific management requirements of the 3rd Party Registrar Oversight of the AS9100 certification of the EPS Rockford site Manage reviews of procedures and metrics that impact quality throughout the organization, ensuring compliance with internal standards Communicate and make presentations to internal/external senior and executive level leadership Ability to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally (when current environment permits) Work proficiently within multiple systems including ETQ Reliance Audit, CAPA, and Management Review software, MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Experience managing a team of Quality professionals Applied experience in Aerospace Quality Procedures, Quality Management Systems (QMS), AS9100 and Regulatory Agency Requirements. (FAI's, MRB/PR Authority)

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
