- Previous experience in stage production, live entertainment, theater, concert production, or a related technical field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of audio, lighting, rigging, and stage equipment.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary gaming and employment licenses as required.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in varying backstage and production environments.
- Ability to work in loud entertainment settings and under time-sensitive conditions.

- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of stage, lighting, sound, and production equipment for entertainment events and special functions. - Perform routine inspections and maintenance of stage and production equipment to ensure safe and effective operation. - Support entertainers, production crews, vendors, and event staff during rehearsals and live performances. - Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with repairs as needed. - Follow production schedules, event timelines, and supervisor instructions to ensure successful event execution. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment backstage and in production areas. - Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Provide outstanding internal and external guest service while promoting a positive team environment. - Perform other duties as assigned.
