Job Description & Summary The Opportunity

As a Senior Associate - Managed Services - EPM Oracle Cloud, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role, you will be part of a team that specializes in business application consulting, providing consulting services across various Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will enable you to assist clients in optimizing their operations and achieving their goals. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively - Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications - Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients - Developing training materials to enhance client understanding of Oracle systems - Implementing technology solutions to support client business objectives - Engaging in business process modeling to improve client workflows - Managing systems projects to align with client strategic goals - Collaborating with teams to deliver innovative Oracle consulting services - Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients - Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems - Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems - Developing training materials for enterprise software implementations - Embracing change and emerging technologies in client projects - Managing systems project management with a focus on process standardization - Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration

Travel Requirements Up to 40%

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
