Join Caterpillar IT's Modern Manufacturing Digital Platform team to lead a group delivering scalable digital capabilities that support the Modern Manufacturing Transformation. This technology portfolio includes advanced generative AI solutions such as digital twins, digital assistants, and other innovative capabilities.
In this role, you will help shape cutting-edge solutions that redefine how manufacturing and supply chain operations engage with technology through AI-driven experiences.

- Knowledge of Agile, product delivery, and enterprise governance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
