Loss Prevention Manager - Miami

Who You Are: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum five (5) years of experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant loss prevention manager role or five plus years of experience with public law enforcement agency. Strong working knowledge of criminal and civil codes dealing with private sector security policies and procedures.

Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%). Strong supervisory and training ability. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.

Experience and/or training in the field of interview and interrogation. Proof of and maintain a valid operator's license, automobile insurance as a primary driver, as well as a reliable means of transportation to carry out essential job functions, in accordance with company policy and procedures. Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy and periodically checked thereafter.

Must be willing and able to work evening and weekends. Must possess a valid credit card in own name. Be available and on call 24 hours a day.

What Will Make You Stand Out: Bachelor's degree in security management or criminal justice. Demonstrated supervisory and training ability. Working knowledge of retail/restaurant point-of-sale systems.

College level coursework and professional training certifications in security management or criminal justice. Experience in restaurant operations and management. Working Conditions: Exposure to travel elements airplane and automobile.
