Billing Manager

A specialty physician practice in Central Florida is hiring a Billing Manager to run its billing operation day to day, supervising a small billing team. You'll own the numbers that matter: days in A/R, net collection rate, and denial rate. Payer contract negotiation stays with practice leadership, so your focus is operational execution.

This is a build role, not a maintenance role. There is meaningful room to improve how the billing function runs by utilizing denial triage, work queue design, reporting, and how the team uses its systems are all open for redesign by the right person. We're looking for someone who sees a process that isn't working and fixes it, rather than working around it.
