This is a 12-month temporary assignment with an anticipated schedule of 30–40 hours per week. The final weekly hours will be considered based on business needs and the selected candidate’s availability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring for various roles and levels across CannonDesign based on business needs. The ideal candidate brings a track record of delivery, strong recruiting fundamentals, and the ability to assess talent and partner effectively with hiring leaders.

This is a hands-on recruiting role responsible for managing searches from initial intake through offer. You will work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insight, evaluate candidates, and ensure an organized and positive hiring experience for all applicants.

This role is best suited for someone with proven recruiting experience, preferably in AEI or a related professional services environment, who is confident in sourcing, screening, and building strong working relationships across the business.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment which will primarily include mid and senior level roles, from kickoff through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs for assigned roles
  • Source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes, conduct thorough phone screens, and assess candidates against the requirements of each role
  • Use Greenhouse ATS and related tools to track candidate activity, workflows, and interview coordination, references and offers.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Provide a responsive, professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Keep hiring teams informed with updates, feedback, and practical recommendations
  • Support offer processes, pre-employment steps, and recruiting operations as needed
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate applicant flow records and process documentation
  • HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience with a consistent track record of offer acceptances for a variety of roles
  • Experience recruiting in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a similar industry is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse ATS experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage passive talent
  • Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with sound judgment
  • Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and partner effectively with the business
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • The salary range for this position is $69,200 to $86,500 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. Actual compensation may vary based on candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, skill level and the final weekly work schedule.
