Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response protocols.
Monitor and control entry and exit points at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location, verifying credentials, authorizations, and visitor documentation before granting access.
Maintain accurate access control logs, issue and recover visitor badges and credentials, and report discrepancies or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate site contacts.
Respond to access-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, surrounding areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
