Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site management or Allied Universal leadership.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while providing a professional presence for occupants and visitors.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A state, county, or city-issued security professional license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
