* Own replenishment strategy and execution for the Coffee & Tea portfolio across the U.S. and Canada, balancing product availability, inventory health, and waste performance.

* Monitor inventory, sales, forecasts, and ordering trends to identify risks and recommend actions that support customer experience and business performance.

* Lead replenishment planning for new product launches, limited-time offers, and product transitions.

* Partner cross-functionally to resolve inventory challenges and ensure successful execution of key business initiatives.

* Develop reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that improve visibility and planning effectiveness.

* Communicate inventory risks, business impacts, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

* Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, improving inventory performance, and leveraging new tools and technologies.

* 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Replenishment Planning, Demand Planning, or a related analytical field.

* Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and working with large datasets.

* Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar analytical tools preferred.

* Interest in AI, automation, and using technology to improve business processes.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

* Experience building partnerships and influencing decisions across multiple teams.

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
