Application Engineer I

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding product application, specifications, and support needs. - Prepare and generate accurate, timely quotes for customer requests, coordinating with sales and production teams. - Support production management activities to help ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and to specification. - Partner with production, quality, and sales teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. - Provide technical guidance to customers on proper product application and use. - Monitor and manage the status of lead product accounts (approx. $20M), escalating issues as needed to keep projects on track. - Build growing product, process, and industry knowledge to expand into broader technical support responsibilities over time.

- Bachelor's degree - 1-3 years of relevant experience in an engineering, technical support, or customer-facing role. - Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) - Experience with quoting, pricing, or estimating processes. - Familiarity with production scheduling or manufacturing operations. - Prior customer service or account management experience. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
