Inventory Control Ambassador

What you get to do: - Conduct daily/weekly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies - Maintain compliance with audit standards - Utilize and develop inventory techniques to improve warehouse flows - Communicate with internal and supplier teams to meet customer demand - Assist in creating efficiency in warehouse functions - Effectively coordinate and communicate internal work order system - Understand General Services and park OPEX performance to maintain department costs - Enter requisitions for department purchases What it takes to succeed: - - At least 18 years of age - - Valid state driver's license with ability to obtain company driver's license - - Able to stand for entire shift and be able to walk and move freely around work areas - - - - Able to work indoors with or without A/C and outdoors in all weather conditions - - Able to work in environment with Fumes/Dust/Odor - - Able to work in a team environment and independently with little to no supervision - - Able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership - - Able to maintain accuracy with attention to detail while multitasking - - Comfortable learning computer-based programs - - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - - Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment - - Have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications - - Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts - - Working knowledge and proficiency of SAP applications system preferred - - 1-2 years guest service experience preferred - - - Basic math skills required The perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as: - FREE park admission - Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends - Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. - Scholarship opportunities - Exclusive employee events and giveaways EEO Employer: SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
