West Texas Sales Manager

The WTX Sales Manager position is based in Midland/Odessa, TX and is responsible for overseeing the Strategic Sales and Account Management effectiveness of Tuboscope Production & Drilling Solutions through current and future City (1) & Field Sales (2) Representatives. The position is responsible for successfully developing, managing, and growing customer relationships within the Greater Permian Basin area; to drive business through Value Selling techniques and book incremental revenue.

The Manager "leads by example" with direct sales responsibility over a few key accounts while managing and guiding City and Field Sales Representatives to success; supporting drilling and production Sales and Operational needs while driving revenue and market growth. This role combines direct customer sales engagements at local customer offices, rigs, production sites, etc. (~20-25%) with in-office sales management responsibilities (~75-80%).
