Technical Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical switchgear, motors, emergency generators, and related equipment in a commercial or industrial setting. Experience with energy management systems, VFDs, and HVAC controls is a plus.
Electrical Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Strong ability to read and interpret electrical ladder diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving electrical issues efficiently.
Safety & Compliance: Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and ability to work safely around customers and colleagues while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Independence & Time Management: Self-starter with the ability to work independently without daily supervision, efficiently managing workload and meeting deadlines.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and share information with diverse teams, customers, and peers.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Resourceful and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities, troubleshooting issues proactively and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Technical Documentation & Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate records using computer-based systems, including work orders, material requisitions, and equipment data documentation.

- This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Involves remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- May involve reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and during emergencies, based on department and company needs
- Able to travel between stores 75% of the time and possess a valid driver's license
