- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own the sales and marketing technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to optimize sales operations.
- Oversee the administration, customization, and enhancement of CRM systems
- Manage and optimize sales and marketing enablement tools and analytics platforms.
- Ensure seamless data integration between sales, marketing, and customer success platforms.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement automation to enhance productivity.
- Work with business product owners and sales leaders to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
- Ensure sales and marketing teams are equipped with the right tools to accelerate deal cycles.
- Serve as a bridge between sales, marketing, business product owners, central IT, and finance to align technology investments with business needs.
- Play a critical role in driving user adoption of sales and marketing tools through training, support, and best practices.
- Communicate key technology updates and insights to executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in sales technology, sales operations, or revenue operations leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce), Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud sales and marketing enablement tools, and analytics software.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technology investments with business growth objectives.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
