Experience: 1+ year
• Build customer relations by monitoring and promptly responding to order requests to increase freight volume
• Increase customer satisfaction through regular touchpoints with clients and various internal departments to maximize opportunities • Manage partnership with internal marketing teams to drive, analyze, and revise marketing campaign efforts targeted to respective customer base
• Negotiate spot prices to secure incremental business
• Monitor freight needs by understanding daily individual business segment activities to ensure maximum asset utilization
• Proactively communicate internally and externally, by responding to information requests, checking load status, and solving problems to achieve customer satisfaction and minimize service failures
• Digitally accept, auto-accept, and manually enter customer orders into the order management system to execute on loads
• Partner with respective Credit and Accounts Receivables teams to establish lines of credit, determine limits for returning customers, and support collection of outstanding balances
• Review margins and operating revenue for their assigned customer base
• Manage marketing feedback data to maintain current customer profiles
• Leverage J B Hunt’s technology and tools and educate and encourage clients to utilize the tools
• Develop and monitor book of business that align expectations and maximize business potential through soliciting sales to actualize leads

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.

Under general supervision, the incumbent aggressively markets the J.B. Hunt brand to develop new business with established customers. This position will evaluate a customer's current transportation requirements and provide a solution from J.B. Hunt's service offerings. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the life cycle of the load from securing the award, collecting load information, monitoring service, and supporting accounts receivables efforts.
