Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for access, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle records in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, trailer areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Communicate professionally with site personnel and visitors while reporting security-related observations, policy violations, and maintenance concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
